Mr. Terry Wood is the Vice President of Portfolio Management with Orion First Financial, LLC. As Vice President of Portfolio Management, Terry is responsible for the leadership, management, and development of the collections team, collection activities, and overall collection performance.

With nearly 40 years in the equipment finance and leasing industry, he brings tremendous professional experience and operational insight to Orion. Terry obtained his CLFP (Certified Lease & Finance Professional) in 1998 and has been a valued member of the Orion organization since 2006. Prior to joining Orion, Terry held the position of Vice President of Business Development and Operations for one of the Nation’s leading Recovery and Remarketing firms and has also held the role of Assistant Vice President of Portfolio Services & Asset Management for one of the Nation’s larger small-ticket Commercial Leasing companies.

Since joining Orion, he has held prior positions in collections, underwriting, compliance, and asset & portfolio management.

Terry resides in the Tacoma, Washington area and enjoys spending quality time with his five daughters and five grandchildren as well as playing guitar, camping, hiking, and kayaking.
