Mr. Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer of Orion First where he leads the company’s efforts to deliver exceptional loan and lease servicing solutions while driving growth and innovation in the commercial finance industry.

As a values-driven, mission-centric servant leader, Mark brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams and leading companies through middle-market stages of growth. His career includes leadership roles such as CEO of Concord Servicing Corporation, where he managed operations for an ~$8 billion loan and lease portfolio, President of Wyndham Consumer Finance, where he oversaw the origination, servicing, and securitization of over $1 billion in consumer loans annually, and VP of Global Operations at GE Capital Franchise Finance.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska—Kearney, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln, and has completed executive education programs at Columbia University, Wharton Business School, GE’s Crotonville Executive Education Campus, and the Eller Business School. He is certified in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, holding green belt and executive black belt credentials, and is a member of the Arizona Bar.

Mark resides in Scottsdale, AZ, with his wife. They enjoy spending time with their three adult sons and two grandchildren. In his spare time, Mark can be found hiking, biking, enjoying the mountains of Northern Arizona, or cheering on Phoenix’s professional sports teams.
