Mrs. Dubinsky was the Director of Accounting at Orion First, LLC. until June 2022 when she left to work for a local foundation. She rejoined the Orion team in March 2025 as Chief Financial Officer and is currently responsible for strategic financial planning and analysis, building and overseeing our client services team and for establishing and monitoring financial policies, procedures and controls.

Jenny has over 25 years of experience in the accounting and finance field where she began as an auditor for Deloitte in Seattle, WA.

A graduate of the University of Washington, Jenny currently lives with her husband in Gig Harbor, WA, and enjoys spending time with their three girls exploring the outdoor beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
